Occidental is a wonderful experience. We knew at
once that this resort would offer The Royal Treatment means having an entire staff of highly trained professionals eagerly awaiting your every request. It means having a state-of-the-art Thalassotherapy Marine Care Center Spa designed by Thalgo. It means being able to dine a la carte in four gourmet restaurants and having a selection of premium beverages available for the asking. And most of all, it means not having to pull out your wallet for every single item or activity that catches your eye. Because, here you’ll experience Royal-inclusive luxury. Upon our arrival at the resort we were greeted with bottle of cold water and fresh towels. Normally, guests are greeted with champagne and towels but as we had such a hectic schedule on that day, the management seemed to be able to read our minds, as our thirst was great!

The accommodations are absolutely magnificent! Dark wood furniture. Elegantly appointed with beautiful artwork and luxurious window dressings and bright and cheerful dressings on the dark wood poster beds. We were awestruck with the rooms – all that one could ever dream of. Each of the two-story pastel building block had its own concierge desk to assist guests with requests and reservations.
The landscaping is immaculate with fountains, palm trees, winding pathways, flowers and plenty of private areas to relax.

Dress Code

This means no beach wear, shorts or beach sandals. The dress codes are enforced in all restaurants for dinner hours. Guests will be refused entry into the restaurants for dinner if the dress code is not followed. It is the resort's responsibility to advise all guests prior to their arrival of this procedure, as to not put them on the spot when they arrive. |
