We just returned from the Gran Bahia Principe Tulum and we had a wonderful time.  The resort is now more tropical than picture show and there are lots of palapas.  We did get our request for the oceanfront room.  Thank you for your wonderful service.

Hi Maria,

I just wanted to let you know how our square deal vacation with APPLE Vacations went last week.  The hotel we were assigned to was the Gran Bahia Principe Tulum.  It is in the Mayan Riviera section close to Tulum.  It was awesome.  The restaurants had everything from hamburgers to roast duck.  The resort was beautiful.  They had a theatre with a Broadway play every night and disco's and shopping on site.  Everybody there was so friendly and helpful.  We went into Playa del Carmen one night and went to Xel-Ha and spent another day.  The rest of the time we were at our resort and loving it.  It worked out really well for us so I wanted to say thank you for helping me and my husband have a great memory for our one year anniversary!
